Measurements in communication technology

Issues of measurement theory and practice in analog and digital wireline and radio transmission systems are considered. A brief overview of the basic principles of constructing digital transmission systems is given. The issues of normalization, basic principles, methods and technical means of measurement, as well as the practice of measuring transmission parameters for analog systems, RE networks are described)N and ZIN, metal and fiber-optic cables.
